We try to ensure all the  information and description regarding our service offering on the site is accurate and truthful, however, mistakes can happen. If you are not happy with a description that we have used on our website to describe a service or product and feel it is inaccurate, please do let us know.  We take our customer relations very seriously and welcome feedback from our customers.
 
Personal Opinion
Our Colour Analysis service is conducted with attention to detail and should demonstrate a fair analysis of your most flattering colours.  However, this is not an exact science and the advice given consists of suggestions and ideas which the client can choose to what extend they want to embrace.   This also applies to our seasonal swatch wallets which The Style and Colour Company have created in-house as a result of our training.  This means that whilst the swatch wallet will share the same colour characteristics of your season, they will not be the same as seasonal swatch wallets from other manufacturers.  

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that sometimes plans change, so we kindly ask for the following notice:
  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before your appointment will not incur a fee.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend the appointment, will be charged at 100% of the appointment fee.

Payment
Shopping with The Style and Colour Company is secure.
  • We only use approved platforms to process your payment details.
  • We do not hold any of your financial data. Your data is only used by official web sites and the same technology is used by most web sites to safeguard your credit card information.
  • Any customer data we collect is similarly protected against unauthorised access.
  • When you place an order on our site you are effectively offering to buy the service/product which means that there is no binding contract unless we have cleared your payment.
  • We generate an email during this time, but this reply simply confirms we have received your request. Acceptance of your order cannot occur prior to payment being confirmed.


Privacy
The Style and Colour Company is under the umbrella of The Style and Colour Academy Limited.   We take your privacy of your personal information seriously.   We may collect your name and contact information including email address on this website so that we can understand your needs and provide you with a better service, including to respond to your messages. We collect data for the purposes of providing services to our customers.  This data is protected under the Data Protection Act and we never sell or share it with any other party.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions at the end of our email messages.  Periodically we may send news emails about our services, events and any other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided. 

Limitation of Liability 
Except as may be implied by law where you are dealing as a Consumer, in the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by us, your remedies shall be limited to damages which shall in no circumstances exceed the price of the goods and we shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage whatsoever.
 
Force Majeure 
We are not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God such as floods and snow, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, and we shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations. 

Changes to Terms and Conditions 
The Style and Colour Company are entitled to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
 
Governing Law and Jurisdiction 
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
